Recently the Knicks added two intriguing NBA veterans that should play significant roles in the upcoming 2017-18 NBA Season. They also added 3 young players in F Nigel Hayes, F Jamel Artis, and G Xavier Ratham-Mayes to come into camp and try to make the team or find a role in the organization. This coming season will welcome many new faces to the Madison Square Garden Stage. With the abrupt departure of Team President of Basketball Operations Phil Jackson, the Knicks have made multiple steps toward moving into a fresh direction. We can begin talking about the Knicks new front office with the Knicks' hiring of Scott Perry to become the new general manager of the New York Knicks. Scott Perry brings to the Knicks' front office a well-respected, well-liked executive, that has a chartered resume showcasing the great basketball organizations he has been a part of.
