1) Kristaps Porzingis will be a first year All-Star Starter.
TrueFan Verdict:
I believe Porzingis will have a breakout season with Carmelo Anthony out of New York and Porzingis now being the focal point and Franchise Star with the Knicks this season.

2)The 2017-18 New York Knicks will make the playoffs.
TrueFan Verdict:
We believe that in a Eastern Conference that will have a group of teams battling for the final 2 playoffs spots, the Kristaps Porzingis led Knicks have a opportunity this season to sneak into the playoffs at the 8th or 7th seed in the Eastern Conference. The additions of Enes Kanter and Tim Hardaway will prove very valuable to this Knicks' season in my opinion.

3) Tim Hardaway Jr will be a candiate for the NBA's most improved player.
TrueFan Verdict:
I believe Tim Hardaway has a great opportunity and the proper skill set to flourish very successfully this season in New York under a Jeff Hornacek system that will allow THJ to put up numbers he hasn't to this point in his career.

4) The 2017-18 New York Knicks team will be statistical top 10 in points per game, offensive rating, and offensive pace under Head Coach Jeff Hornacek's offensive system this year.
TrueFan Verdict:
Given Jeff Hornacek's success in Phoenix, it's reasonable to foresee very similar success with the roster Hornacek's been given this season with the Knicks. With a good stock of point guards, depth of good shooters, and a cupboard filled with young interior bigs; Hornacek has all the pieces to put together a high flying offense with this year's New York Knicks.

5) Frank Ntilikina will make a All-Rookie Team.

TrueFan Verdict:
I strongly believe when NY Knicks prized Rookie Point Guard Frank Ntilikina is able to consistently able to hold the court he will have such a impact on the defensive and then orchestrating the offensive he will validated being among the other great rookie's in this class including Lonzo Ball, Markelle Fultz, De'Aaron Fox, Dennis Smith Jr, and Jayson Tatum.

6) The Knicks will trade two of their veterans between SG Courtney Lee, PF/C Kyle O'Quinn, SF Lance Thomas, and C Enes Kanter.
TrueFan Verdict:
With the new NY Knicks movement being to develop the youth around Franchise PF Kristaps Porzingis we can expect the Knicks to shed a couple of these veterans to allow their young talent to blossom. The most attractive player the Knicks have to trade to a contender is SG Courtney Lee. Lee being a great 3 and D wing player in today's NBA he will be sought after by Trade Deadline. Lee would become a asset for whatever team is able to add him for the a playoff run. Trading Lee would also allow the Knicks to play Doug McDermott at his natural position of SF and see what he can develop into. Trading Lee would also free up minutes for the Knicks impressive second round pick of the 2017 Draft in SG Damyean Dotson. The Knicks might also look to trade Lance Thomas also to make room for Doug McDermott, Mindaugas Kuzminskas and Michael Beasley to play. A contending team would be attracted to Thomas ability to defend at a high level and also shoot threes at a solid clip. Lastly the Knicks have a logjam at the Center position with Enes Kanter, Kyle O'Quinn, Joakim Noah, and Willy Hernangomez. With Hernanagomez clearly being the future Center besides his best friend PF Kristaps Porzingis and Joakim Noah having a contract and health issues that make him less attractive in a trade situation, we can assume either Kanter or O'Quinn will be moved at some point this season barring injuries.
